VALQUA’s Strategy

Starting from the fiscal year ending March 2016, the VALQUA Group has been pacticing its seventh medium term business plan,“NV·S7 (New Valqua Stage Seven).”

Under the NV·S7, we will focus on further strengthening our growth potential in accordance with the basic policy of selection and concentration based on “THE VALQUA WAY” in preparation for our 90th anniversary.

To this end, we will strive to steadily achieve the following major strategies in order to attain sustainable growth and strengthen our business base.

  • Transform ourselves into an H&S company that will lead to the maximization of customer value
  • Dramatically improve QCDS through scrap-and-build efforts
  • Strengthen management in response to diversifying global risks
  • Develop and utilize human resources in order to improve competitiveness combined with the promotion of diversity
