When was the company founded？

The company was founded in January 1927 as NIPPON BRAKE LINING SEISAKUSHO at Naka-kawachi-gun (currently Yao City), Osaka Prefecture, for the manufacture of brake linings for automotive and other high-speed machines.

May 1, 1961	Stocks were offered off-board at Osaka Stock Exchange.
October 2, 1961	Osaka Stock Exchange approved listing of the stocks on the second section market.
